Build Your WhatsApp Bot in SkaleBot!

Whether you’re automating customer support, lead generation, or onboarding, Botflows in SkaleBot make it simple to design interactive, intelligent conversations without writing a single line of code.

Here’s your step-by-step guide to creating your first Botflow:

1. Navigate to Botflows

  • Log in to your SkaleBot dashboard.

  • Click on Bots from the right-hand menu.

  • Hit + Create New Botflow.

2. Name & Configure

  • Name your Botflow (Example: Lead Capture Bot).

  • Add a short Name so you remember its purpose.

3. Choose Your Nodes in SkaleBot

Create smart, engaging conversations with these ready-to-use blocks.
From your Botflow editor, click + Add New Node and pick:

  • 💬 Text – Send greetings or updates. Ex: “Hi there! 👋 How can I help?”

  • 🖼 Image – Share product or promo visuals.

  • 🎥 Video – Show demos or tutorials.

  • ⚡ Quick Reply – Add clickable buttons for fast choices.

  • 📋 List – Display menus, packages, or categories.

  • 🌐 HTTP – Redirect to website.

  • 👩‍💼 Assign Agent – Route chats to your team.

  • 📍 Save Address – Collect delivery info.

  • 🛒 Share Catalog – Showcase products.

  • 📦 Campaign Products – Highlight sale items.

  • 📄 Template – Start with a pre-built template.

  • 🔍 Pattern – Trigger replies from keywords.

4. Connect Your Nodes

Now it’s time to link everything together so your bot flows naturally.

In this example:

  • 🔍 Pattern Node – Triggers the flow when a user says “Hi.”

  • 📄 Template Node – Sends a welcome message with two quick options: Interested or Support Agent.

    (💡 Why use a Template Node?
    It provides a pre-designed structure for welcome messages and lead capture, saving setup time.)

  • If the user clicks Interested, the bot shows 📦 Campaign Products.

  • If they choose Support Agent, the bot uses 👩‍💼 Assign Agent to connect them with your team.

  • Click Save to keep your work.

  • Hit Publish when you’re ready to make it live.
