View Detailed Campaign Insights

Every campaign you send is logged in the Campaigns section. By clicking on a campaign (e.g., “Nov 17 Marketing Campaign”), you can explore:

• Campaign Summary:

  • Total messages broadcasted

  • Delivery success rate

  • Conversations count

  • Visual pie chart of message status (Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed, etc.)

• Message Preview:
  See exactly what content was sent to your customers including text, media, and buttons.

  

Dive Into Conversations

Switch to the “Conversations” tab to view individual recipient details such as:

• Customer Name & Phone Number

• Message Status: Sent ✅, Delivered 📬, Read 👀, Replied 💬, Failed ❌, Opt-Out 🚫

• CTA Insights: Track who clicked on your call-to-action buttons.

This helps you identify exactly how each contact responded or didn’t to your campaign.

Filter and Target the Right Audience

Skalebot lets you filter your audience based on message status:

• Failed: Identify numbers where delivery failed and fix invalid or inactive contacts.

• Delivered / Read: Re-target engaged users with a follow-up campaign.

• Replied: Create a personalized flow for customers who showed interest.

• Opt-Out: Respect preferences and exclude these users automatically.

Simply click on the status filter (e.g., Failed [39], Read [23]) to instantly view that audience segment.

Create Targeted Groups in One Click

Want to re-engage a specific audience segment?
You can create a group directly from the filtered list for example:

• A “Replied Customers” group for lead nurturing.

• A “Failed Delivery” group to revalidate numbers.

• A “Read but Not Replied” group for remarketing.

Click on “Create a Group” within the Conversations tab, and Skalebot automatically generates a group of selected users ready for your next campaign.
