We’re excited to release a small update. In SkaleBot, templates have been improved to make your workflow smoother.

📩 Introducing: “Generate with AI” : Your new Content Shortcut

With the new Generate with AI option, you can quickly produce clear, ready-to-use content without staring at a blank box.

What it helps you with:

  • Instantly generate message bodies

  • Improve or rephrase your existing text

  • Create multilingual versions

  • Stay aligned with WhatsApp guidelines

Just type → click Generate → done.
It’s basically a mini copywriter inside SkaleBot.

Please Note:
Effective 1st January 2026, Meta has revised WhatsApp APIs conversation/message pricing.

New India Message Rates (Effective 01 Jan 2026):

Marketing Messages: ₹0.92 per message,

Utility/Service Messages: ₹0.15 per message.

Please feel free to reach out if you need clarification or wish to understand how these changes may affect your campaigns. (Accordingly, our billing will reflect the updated rates across all communication channels.)

📩 Add up to 10 Quick Replies

Templates now support up to 10 Quick Reply buttons, giving customers more ways to respond instantly. As a Business owner, you can use quick reply to create different custom Buttons in your template creation.

More reply options = smoother conversations.

📩 Stronger CTAs: URL + Call Buttons

We’ve added two action-oriented buttons to help yusers move faster.

URL Button: Use this button to redirect your customers to

Product links, Signup forms, Payment pages, Websites, Personalized URLs

Call Button

Choose Phone number CTA if you want to redirect your customers to give you a call back

Clear CTAs = quicker decisions.

📩 24-Hour Time Format for Campaigns

Campaign scheduling now uses a 24-hour time format for better clarity and fewer mix-ups.
